Do you have phone support?
Yes, at GamBlock® we do not use automated phone systems or call centres. If we do not answer at the time of your call then we are helping another customer, so please leave us a message and we will call you back. If you are concerned about others finding out about GamBlock®, then let us know in your message and we will not mention GamBlock® when we return your call. If you have difficulty speaking English then we can make arrangements to have a translator available to assist us in helping you.
GamBlock® Video Support provides us with visual access to your computer, which helps us identify issues quickly and address them.
