Do you ever terminate technical support?
Yes. If our instructions are continually ignored it becomes unsustainable to provide technical support and impedes our ability to provide technical support for those requiring genuine technical help; however, once our instructions are followed, we resume technical support. We also terminate technical support if GamBlock® Personal is installed on a work computer; however, if a valid GamBlock® Corporate or GamBlock® Small Business license(s) is purchased, we will be happy to combine the existing unauthorized GamBlock® Personal license(s) with the new valid license(s) to extend or upgrade the license(s) and resume technical support.
Please note: Terminating technical support does not mean that we will remove GamBlock®.
